I echo the comments about the location of this property. It is very private location. It’s on rocky road so if you drive a sedan be careful as it can be, well, rocky. you’ll be treated to gorgeous sunsets from the deck or even better view it from the private little beach on a kayak. The kayaking is a real treat and great for everyone especially first timers. Wear water shoes if you have any thoughts of getting out of the kayak since it’s shallow and very busy ‘underneath’. The iguanas may come visit you when you’re sitting outside downstairs. They are fun to watch, but that’s about it ! The home is truly exquisite and unique.

This house is more beautiful than the pictures. Super private and absolutely beautiful. The one small issue we had was the pool temperature and hot tub not working. We went in February so while the kids had fun swimming even though the pool was on the colder side, we the adults didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or pool at all. Also, there’s lots of room and tables and a grill outside, but there’s no food allowed outside so no dining al fresco which would have been so lovely. We spent more time inside than anticipated due to that, with meals and snacks and all that. Aside from that, a beautiful home, friendly customer service and an absolutely stunning location and house.

Like any vacation rental, we did have some minor issues. The grill didn't work, secondary master bath sinks had no hot water, the main driveway is a very long, single lane road that is full of some very big potholes and the no see ems are a major PIA. But you just cannot beat the natural beauty of the location, the house itself is full of modern day tech, top notch kitchen, a ton of diff. sitting areas, a huge pool, an awesome game room and an almost unbeatable view. If you're looking for peace and quiet; this is the place w/ no neighbors too close but you will hear the louder traffic from Rt. 1. Other than supply runs, I could never leave the property and be perfectly content. I would not hesitate to rent again and highly recommend this villa.

Regarding the grill, it doesn’t turn on unless the timer is activated; once the timer is on, the ignition will ignite and gas will be active. We had an absolutely amazing vacation experience at this vacation home. From the moment we arrived, we were instantly captivated by the stunning surroundings and the private atmosphere it offered. The house itself served as our very own tropical paradise, nestled within a lush oasis of greenery. We truly felt like we had escaped to a tropical getaway. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the incredible amenities that this vacation home provided. The pool became our go-to spot for relaxation and fun in the sun. We spent countless hours soaking up the warm rays by the water, enjoying the refreshing dips, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Additionally, being just steps away from the beach allowed us to effortlessly transition from poolside bliss to seaside serenity. The sound of the waves crashing and the cool ocean breeze provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and tranquility. What also made our stay truly exceptional was the vibrant and diverse marine life that surrounded us. Snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, we were mesmerized by the sight of tropical fish gracefully swimming around us. Every underwater encounter felt like a magical experience, leaving us in awe of the wonders of nature. Accommodating a family of six, this vacation home provided ample space and comfort for all of us. The thoughtfully designed layout ensured that everyone had their own privacy and personal space when needed. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of convenience, as the home was equipped with all the necessary amenities to meet our needs. Furthermore, the cleanliness and organization of the house were absolutely impeccable, enhancing our overall sense of luxury. Beyond the boundaries of the vacation home, our location proved to be ideal. We were pleasantly surprised to find an array of restaurants, sanctuaries, and even a skydiving center, all conveniently within a 2-mile radius. Our vacation at this home can only be described as pure magic.

The Villa was pure ‘candy to the eye’ when we walked in! Absolutely beautiful and so very clean. All amenities were over the top. We loved the beach, kayaks and canoes. So much fun. The pool was fabulous. The outdoor furniture was so beachy, comfy and many seating arrangements to choose from. Sleeping was so comfortable and the sheets soft. We definitely would go back to the Villa in the future!
